Our weekly training involves a mixture of analysis, drills/exercises and match play.
Sessions always start with a group warm up and ball drills, before moving on to specific training exercises to improve our game. Our coach will assign a focus for the session and discuss how we can put this into action during matches. This helps us to improve all areas of our gameplay, and utilise the time we have together as much as possible.
All teams train together.
